Location: Remote (Candidates can reside anywhere; however, a cultural background from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland is strongly preferred)

About the Role:

We are partnering with a prominent natural health influencer dedicated to sharing holistic wellness insights and empowering alternative perspectives on health. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Digital Media & Communications Manager to support and elevate our media operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, niche environment, is passionate about natural health, and has a deep-rooted understanding of German-speaking cultural nuances. Familiarity with alternative social media platforms is essential, as the influencer is looking to grow our presence on platforms such as Gab, Rumble, Gettr, and X (formerly Twitter). The role also includes supporting and managing live streaming events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Scheduling:

• Develop, schedule, and manage posts across social media channels, with a primary focus on Telegram, Gettr, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging multimedia content (including videos, graphics, written pieces, and live stream materials) that resonates with an audience keen on natural wellness and alternative health perspectives.
• Collaborate with the influencer to ensure the content strategy reflects our brand’s commitment to holistic and integrative approaches to health.

• Monitor and manage online communities by responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive community environment that encourages open discussion and the sharing of alternative wellness ideas.
• Drive engagement by managing reactions and social interactions that build a loyal and active following, with a focus on alternative platforms like Gab and Rumble.

• Oversee video content production on platforms such as Gettr and X, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Assist in the planning, setup, and management of live streaming sessions to maximize viewer engagement.
• Coordinate with video editors or freelancers to ensure timely delivery and production excellence.
• Collaborate closely with web developers and designers to transform the influencer’s website from its current, dated style into a modern, visually engaging, and intuitive platform.
• Prioritize UI/UX improvements to ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for engagement, seamlessly aligned with our evolving content and communication strategies.

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to content, engagement, community growth, and live streaming events.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance overall digital performance.
• Work closely with the influencer and other stakeholders to plan and execute content calendars and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about digital trends, social media best practices, and emerging developments within the natural health and wellness sphere, particularly in alternative social media channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Active involvement or a strong belief in the natural health scene and holistic wellness community is mandatory.
• German Speaker
• Candidates must have a cultural background from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland to ensure an in-depth understanding of regional cultural references, even if residing abroad.
• Proven experience in digital media management, content creation, or social media management—ideally within a niche market or influencer-driven environment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, especially Telegram, Gettr, X, and alternative platforms like Gab and Rumble.
• Experience in video production, live streaming, and editing; familiarity with content scheduling and management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of local cultural nuances.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of website management and SEO best practices.
• A genuine passion for natural health and wellness, with an openness to exploring non-mainstream and holistic perspectives.
• A creative thinker who can propose innovative content ideas.
• Self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organisational skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and feedback.
