About The Role
As the Head of Engineering at Namespace, you’ll lead the technical vision, execution, and growth of our engineering organization. This is a strategic role, central to scaling our high-performance developer services and infrastructure. You’ll build and mentor an exceptional engineering team, foster a culture of rapid iteration, technical excellence, and customer obsession, and guide the evolution of our core technologies and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Set the technical vision and direction for Namespace’s engineering team, aligning engineering goals with business objectives
- Grow and mentor a high-performing team of engineers across product, infrastructure, and platform engineering
- Ensure scalable, performant, and reliable systems, driving continuous improvement in our engineering practices
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and infrastructure teams to align technology decisions with company strategy
