Your missionAs our CFO, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of namuk. You’ll oversee all aspects of our financial management, from strategic planning to financial reporting, risk management, and operational efficiencies.Leading a team of motivated professionals, you will be at the forefront of our rapidly growing start-up. You partner with the co-CEOs and the entire team to drive growth, improve profitability, and support our commitment to sustainability in our products and business practices.Responsible for the financial operations, including financial reporting and controlling, forecasting and cash flow managementResponsible for preparing quarterly and annual reports to the board, highlighting key performance metrics and financial healthResponsible for all operational and planning activities related to production, procurement/sourcing, and logisticsProvide strategic financial insight and analysis to support decision-making by the Co-CEOs and the leadership teamDriving force in fundraising and maintaining investor relationships, including deal-structuring and set-up of legal documentation together with the Co-CEOsManage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other key stakeholdersIdentify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficienciesEnsure financial compliance with industry standards, Swiss, European, and US regulations, and best practicesDevelop and mentor the finance and operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureContribute to business development activities, including product expansion, international growth, and sustainability initiativesYour profileProven experience in senior financial roles, including CFO or VP of Finance, preferably within an international scale-up, retail, apparel, or consumer goods companyExperience with fundraising, investor relations, and working with Private Equity and Venture CapitalStrong experience in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysisExpertise in financial modeling and metrics, as well as a deep understanding of key commercial indicators and KPIsKnowledge of accounting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) softwareA passion for sustainability and a commitment to supporting environmentally responsible business practicesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersStrong leadership skills and a proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teamsA strategic and global mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach to achieving company goalsMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBAFluency in German and English is a must.
