Plural Horizons e.V. is looking for a freelance Administration & Coordination Consultant to support our growing work.
Plural Horizons is a Berlin-based nonprofit association working at the intersection of inclusive governance, research, movement infrastructure, arts, culture, and transnational solidarity. As our regional partnerships and donor-supported activities grow, we are looking for someone who can help us maintain organised, reliable, and secure administrative and coordination systems.
The consultant will support us with organising meetings, calendars and follow-up actions; maintaining project trackers and digital filing systems; coordinating with partners and consultants; organising contracts, invoices and project documentation; supporting travel and event logistics; and preparing administrative documents for donor reporting.
This is a part-time freelance consultancy, not a full-time position.
We expect the workload to vary according to project needs, with an estimated 10–15 hours per month and a possible increase during peak periods to a maximum of 18 hours per month.
The annual budget is approximately €4,000-€5,000, depending on the agreed scope and rate.
We are especially interested in someone with experience in administration, project coordination, nonprofit organisations, donor-funded projects, regional networks, documentation, and/or event and travel logistics.
Experience working across North Africa and West Asia or with international civil-society programmes would be a strong advantage.
The ideal person is organised, detail-oriented, reliable, discreet, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with people working across different organisations, countries, and time zones. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 18,00€ - 20,00€ per hour
