Finance Director/Manager

1. Build the Foundation: Establish Our Group Finance "Guideline"
Your Task: Design and implement our first Group Finance Policies & Procedures Manual. Scope: Cover essential areas like assets/inventory management, payment approvals, bank account controls, receivables/collections, accruals, and accounting documentation. You'll create our single source of truth.

2. Create One Language: Unify Our Global Accounting & Systems
Your Task: Standardize our chart of accounts, creating a clear group-to-local mapping. Key Project: Lead the successful optimization of the SAP FI/CO for each local entity. This will be the template for future global Standardisierung und Automatisierung.

3. Accelerate Insights: Redesign Our Closing Process
Your Goal: Make financial reporting the starting point for decision-making, not the end of the month. Your Target: Design and execute a "Fast Close" roadmap to reliably deliver management analysis and consolidated group reports each month.

4. Guide the Business: Become a Navigator with Data
Your Role: Move beyond reporting to actionable insights. Your Deliverables: Develop regular financial and cost analysis for our key entities in Deutschland, Ungarn und Mexiko. 5. Master Complexity: Own Key Finance Disciplines
You will oversee and enhance: Cash management, interest optimization and security. The annual budgeting and rolling forecast process. Global tax compliance (including CbCR) and planning. Lifecycle management of inventory and fixed assets.

6. Develop Our Team: Foster Growth and Expertise
Your Task: Build a structured internal training program. The Goal: Accelerate onboarding for new hires and provide continuous skill development for our existing team, creating a culture of learning and professional growth.

Your Experience: Strong knowledge in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, Senior Finance Manager) within an international manufacturing group. Proven experience in building or significantly transforming finance processes is essential. Strong expertise in HGB and IFRS, with hands-on experience in consolidations. A strong SAP FI/CO background; experience leading a major implementation or optimization is a significant plus. Fluency in English and German is required. Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
