Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with experience in software licensing or enterprise application support
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking fundamentals and license server administration
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve software licensing, system, network and integration issues across global environments
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and experience managing support incidents, escalations and stakeholder interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including root cause analysis, issue trend identification and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with process automation and scripting (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, Python), combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams and cultures
Your responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for software licensing systems, license servers and customer deployment environments
- Manage and resolve licensing incidents and escalations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement to reduce recurring licensing issues
- Develop and maintain support documentation, training/documentation and standardized support processes
- Collaborate globally with Product Management, IT and Field Service teams to support licensing operations and business objectives
