Your mission
You’ll own Amazon Advertising for Spain as the primary channel and take responsibility for other performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Paid Social/Meta) as we’ve just launched our DTC webshop. As part of our Performance Marketing EU team, you’ll own strategy, execution, and optimisation end-to-end, with direct P&L visibility.
This role is for people who question the status quo, act on data, and don’t just report performance – they improve it.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) against defined KPIs – P&I ratio, net sales, and contribution margin
- Plan and manage Amazon DSP, with a clear incrementality lens on every euro of display spend
- Monitor market and competitor trends; translate data into actionable strategy changes
- Build campaign analyses and deliver concise, data‑driven recommendations – not just reports
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketplace, Finance, and Product on deal events and launches
- Help the team grow by sharing insights and best practices about Amazon Ads
Your profile
What You Bring
- Ideally 2+ years hands‑on experience in performance/ppc/programmatic advertising – agency or in‑house
- Solid working knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Ads; DSP experience is a genuine plus
- Strong analytical skills – you form hypotheses, test them, and act on results
- Proactive and ownership‑driven: you flag problems early and come with solutions
- Comfortable operating with pace and autonomy in a lean international team
- Fluent in German or English plus Spanish (required for market context and partner communication)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Keepa, Helium 10, or equivalent marketplace intelligence tools
- Familiarity with contribution margin thinking and P&L‑level performance KPIs
- Background in the supplement or health & wellness category
- Experience with other performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Paid Social / Meta Ads)
- Experience leveraging AI tools within Amazon Ads
