Your tasks:

• Support the Production Manager in the strategic and operational development of the department
• Lead production staff and assign tasks within the various production groups
• Monitor the timely provision of production resources
• Ensure smooth production processes
• Assist the Production Manager in meeting production goals in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines
• Continuously optimize production workflows
• Ensure training and qualification requirements in cooperation with the Production Manager

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical training in electrical engineering, ideally with additional qualifications in production, production control, or project management
• Suitable for recent graduates with a completed Master Craftsman or Technician certification
• Initial professional experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry, ideally in energy distribution or electrical engineering, is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experienced with ERP systems
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in German, additional language skills are an advantage
• A true team player who values working in interdisciplinary teams
