Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Education, Instructional Design, or a related subject (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years online/hybrid instruction with adult learners.

- Strong command of digital teaching tools and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-directed work ethic.
- Knowledge of andragogy and adult learning theory.
