Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Education, Instructional Design, or a related subject (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years online/hybrid instruction with adult learners.

• Strong command of digital teaching tools and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-directed work ethic.
• Knowledge of andragogy and adult learning theory.
