PROJECT MANAGER – Shipbuilding in Bremen

Navalis Group is an international group of companies specialising in shipbuilding, ship repair and steel structures. We are looking for an experienced #ProjectManager to lead our projects at a shipyard in Germany: from mobilising the team to handing over the finished work to the client.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage shipbuilding projects from start to finish: planning, scheduling, resources and deadlines.
• Lead foremen and supervisors and coordinate multi-trade teams on site.
• Plan team mobilisation and manpower needs together with the head office.
• Track progress, man-hours and productivity, and prepare regular reports for the client and management.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client's representatives: progress meetings, scope changes, acceptance of work.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety rules and keep project documentation complete and up to date.

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in shipbuilding or ship repair, including 2+ years as a project manager, site manager or senior foreman.
• Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes.
• Experience leading teams and working directly with shipyard clients.
• English, Russian at B2 level or higher (spoken & written). German is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to relocate and work officially in Germany. A driving licence is a plus.
