Deine Aufgaben
- Coordinate and oversee accounting processes across all German entities
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Consolidate and prepare financial reporting for headquarters
- Monitor budgets and cash flows across portfolio companies, including variance analysis
- Manage external tax advisors, auditors, and accounting service providers
- Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements (incl. German GAAP)
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting structures
- Support the integration of new entities and the ongoing development of the finance function
Dein Profil
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in controlling, accounting, or audit, ideally in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of German accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
- Experience working with multi-entity or group structures
- Confident in managing external stakeholders and collaborating with international teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
- Fluent in German and English written and spoken
