Über die Rolle
- Planning/management of demanding projects in the field of urban drainage, e. g. development of industrial and residential areas, road construction, sewer construction and rehabilitation, pipeline construction, stormwater overflow basins, pumping stations and stormwater management
- You communicate transparently and actively network with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining customer contacts and acquiring projects in the region
- Professional and organizational management of project teams
- Responsibility for project content, deadlines, and finances
- Ensuring technical and professional quality
- Furthermore, you are a competent and professional contact person for our customers.
- As a business unit manager, you are part of the management team and contribute your energy and ideas to the strategic direction of the department and the entire company.
- Your skills are
- A university or technical college degree in the field of water and urban management with a specialization in civil engineering, or a completed degree in a related field.
- Relevant professional experience and demonstrable successes in previous work are available.
- Sound knowledge of the VOB and HOAI as well as advanced IT (specialized) knowledge
- Interest and experience in acquiring new customers
- Experience in leading and successfully managing project teams
- The working style is characterized by the active promotion and development of employees, the support of their personal responsibility, and the creation of scope for action through trust and communication on equal terms.
- To maintain an open and goal-oriented approach to dealing with customers and colleagues.
