Business Development Manager DACH (m / f)

This position operates in a multinational environment, managing and developing business across the DACH region. The role requires experience in software sales and targets a natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The company\’s objective is to double its revenue and workforce within the next few years through organic growth and exploring opportunities via acquisitions.

Main responsibilities :

  • Drive growth in the DACH region by achieving key metrics: revenue growth and new strategic partnerships
  • Achieve defined revenues by leading sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including negotiations at an executive level. Daily tasks include cold calling, qualifying customers, and product demonstrations
  • Win customers through superior product knowledge and effective communication of value propositions
  • Track performance and customer data via CRM updates, with weekly reports to ensure visibility and data centralization
  • Participate in trade shows and events to identify new revenue opportunities

Profile

  • Technology-savvy, competitive, result-driven, and hungry for success
  • At least 5 years of proven SaaS sales experience with consistent revenue achievement in B2B sales
  • Excellent sales skills, particularly in customer qualification, negotiation with C-level executives, and deal closure
  • Hunter mindset: ambitious, independent, adaptable, pragmatic, energetic, enthusiastic, action-oriented, sharp-thinking, honest, and team-oriented
  • Strong practical approach with strategic thinking and a broad perspective
  • Empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills and capable of delivering engaging presentations
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Fluent in German and English
