Business Development Manager DACH (m / f)

Main responsibilities :
- Drive growth in the DACH region by achieving key metrics: revenue increase and new strategic partnerships
- Achieve revenue targets by leading sales processes from prospecting to closing, including negotiations at the executive level, cold calling, qualifying customers, and product demonstrations
- Secure customers through superior product knowledge and effective communication of value propositions
- Monitor performance and customer data via CRM updates and weekly reports for visibility and data centralization
- Participate in trade shows and events to identify new revenue opportunities
Profile
- Technologically savvy, competitive, result-driven, eager for success
- Minimum 5 years of proven SaaS sales experience with consistent revenue achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent sales skills, particularly in customer qualification, negotiation with C-level executives, and deal closure
- Hunter mindset: ambitious, independent, adaptable, pragmatic, energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, sharp, honest, and team-oriented
- Strong practical approach with strategic thinking and a broad perspective
- Empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of delivering engaging product and company presentations
- Willing to travel regularly
- Fluent in German and English
