Tasks

• Troubleshooting and fault rectification (electrical/mechanical) on customer systems
• Consultation and coordination of own activities at the customer\’s premises
• Performance of services on customer systems
• Documentation of services performed and creation of error logs
• Integration of software into customer devices at locations throughout Germany
• Testing of software components according to specifications
• Performing acceptance tests on IT system-integrated platforms
• Assuming responsibility for compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines
• Interface coordination with national and international companies involved at the conversion site
• Maintenance of complex database applications
• Support in the creation of training, maintenance, and operating concepts for military customers
• Support of the development department during the design phase
• Participation in industry and customer training courses
• Support in calculation and concept creation in the areas of integration, installation, and commissioning, as well as technical and logistical support

Requirements

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering or IT, preferably with additional qualifications
• ITIL Service Management Certification (valid at submission)
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, GPM/IPMA)
• Knowledge of defense technology products is an advantage
• Valid license to drive vehicles in categories B, preferably also BE and C1E
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Experience in handling hazardous materials and protective equipment
• Knowledge of software and hardware integration
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good technical understanding
• Ability to work independently and on your own initiative, as well as a service-oriented attitude
• High degree of care, precision, and quality awareness
