Tasks:

  • Professional leadership and task management of HR specialists
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, company and individual contractual provisions
  • Conducting personnel selection interviews for specialists and managers
  • Implementation of measures in the area of compensation and benefits
  • Conception and implementation of HR projects in coordination with the HR Manager, Level 2
  • Advice and support on all HR-related issues and aspects of employment law
  • Creating and maintaining project plans for HR projects, including schedules, milestones and resource allocation
  • Monitoring and evaluating progress, preparing reports and supporting the preparation of HR controlling reports
  • Participation in the development, maintenance and optimization of HR processes
  • Contributing to the design of company agreements in coordination with the HR line organization
  • Ensuring targeted project communication internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Completed studies with a focus on human resources, organization or employment law or comparable qualification
  • Relevant experience as HR manager / HR consultant
  • Extensive knowledge of the Works Constitution Act as well as labor and social security law
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Good user knowledge of SAP/R3 (HR)
  • High software affinity and confident handling of MS Office, in particular Power Point and Excel with corresponding understanding of data preparation options (e.g. pivot)
  • Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
  • Assertiveness
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of process optimization methods
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular Excel, MS Project, MS Visio,
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken), additional foreign language (Spanish,French) desirable
