Position: Configuration Manager

Location: Bremen, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Planning and applying configuration management processes in projects and product teams
• Supporting departments in configuration management application
• Defining product structures, including hardware/software and part numbers
• Participating in change decisions and managing change control
• Conducting configuration audits and maintaining documentation
• Monitoring configuration statuses and releasing project documentation
• Securing development results and archiving documents
• Providing product status information and improving SAP configuration management systems
• Organizing training in configuration management

Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s degree or certified technician in a technical field
• Several years\‘ experience in configuration management
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, especially in materials and change management
• Strong knowledge of configuration processes
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
