In your role, you will support the HR Manager at the Penzberg site as well as the HR team at the main location and make a significant contribution to the smooth implementation of all administrative and personnel-related processes, always with a focus on the requirements of an aerospace operation.
You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding personnel administration matters and will work closely with managers, the HR team at the main location, and other internal interfaces.
