The IPS/LSA Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for the implementation of the logistical parts of projects of small to medium size and complexity in terms of time, cost and quality.

Tasks:

• In coordination with the ILS Manager Level 3, responsible for the performance and quality-oriented planning and execution of project-related ILS activities in small to medium-sized projects/work packages.
• Creation and management of logistic support analyses, such as logistics support analyses (LSA) and life cycle cost analyses (LCC) as well as availability, reliability and spare parts calculations (RAM).
• Creation of project-related logistics documents (ILS / LSA plans, training and maintenance documents).
• Implementation of ILS workshops (internal and external).
• Planning, implementation and control of ILS / LSA management in projects and after sales.
• Creation of material maintenance and obsolescence management concepts and adaptation of spare parts requirements.
• Creating technical-logistical concepts (TLB) and coordinating their implementation.
• Supporting the sales department in preparing quotations for logistics, maintenance and operation.
• Ensuring the testability and maintainability of products and systems in the operating phase.

Requirements:

• Completed technical studies or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of experience in the areas of ILS / LSA / LSAR, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD specifications and/or equivalent procedures.
• Experience in the preparation of logistical parts of technical offers.
• Experience in military maintenance and its logistics structures is an advantage.
• Experience in the field of technical documentation, e.g. S1000D and S2000M.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to analyze design/construction documents and process them with regard to logistical issues.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Independent and autonomous way of working.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• Very good teamwork and communication skills.
