Position: Production Controller (d/m/w)

Tasks:
- Accompanying and planning product start-ups
- Defining work plan content for the production process in terms of process, location, sequence and effort
- Starting production orders
- Fine-tuning production processes and correcting disruptions
- Planning and tracking the weekly schedule
- Contact person for external service providers and customers
- Analyzing complex drawings/assembly techniques and deriving work sequences and instructions
- Translating customer specifications into work instructions and production plans
- Defining tools and initiating procurement
- Advice on the feasibility/implementation of customer requirements
- Project-related agreements with specialist departments (technology, quality, etc.)
Requirements:
- Completed technician or studies in the field of production technology/business administration
- First experience in the field of SMT assembly and THT manual assembly as well as assembly and connection technology of complex assemblies/devices, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Confident handling of the ERP system and MS Office
- Knowledge in the field of QM
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Team player with independent working style, high service orientation, problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate employees
