Tasks
Receiving and handling incidents and enquiries in German, French, Italian and English via our internal IT Service Desk
Supporting our internal clients with all IT support matters
Processing and resolving tickets in accordance with our ITIL-based process framework; involving 2nd-level support where necessary
Application support for various internal systems
Maintaining and expanding our knowledge management database by adding relevant articles
Requirements
Experience as a first-level support specialist
Enjoyment of customer contact via telephone and email
A communicative and confident personality with a high degree of initiative
A solution-oriented and independent approach to work
Strong digital aptitude and very good knowledge of standard Microsoft products
Required IT Skills
MS O365 – Professional – up to 5 years' experience
Windows 11, Intune – Professional – up to 5 years' experience
Application support – Professional – up to 5 years' experience
ITSM tool, ServiceNow – Professional – up to 5 years' experience
Hardware expertise: Laptops, printers – Junior – up to 3 years' experience
Entra ID – Junior – up to 3 years' experience
MS Azure – Junior – up to 3 years' experience
AI, Copilot – Junior – up to 3 years' experience
Network, Zscaler – Junior – up to 3 years' experience
