Tasks:

• In coordination with the Level 3 ILS Manager, be responsible for planning and executing project-related ILS activities in small to medium-sized projects/work packages in accordance with performance and quality standards
• Preparation and management of logistics support analyses, such as Logistics Support Analyses (LSA) and Life Cycle Cost Analyses (LCC), as well as availability, reliability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses
• Determination of spare parts requirements
• Preparation of project-related logistics documentation (ILS/LSA plans, training and maintenance documentation)
• Conducting ILS workshops (internal and external)
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring ILS/LSA management in projects and after-sales
• Developing material retention and obsolescence management concepts, as well as adjusting spare parts requirements
• Development of technical-logistical concepts (TLB) and coordination of
  their implementation
• Supporting the sales department in preparing quotes for logistics, maintenance, and operations
• Ensuring the testability and maintainability of products and systems during the operational phase
  

Requirements:

• A degree in engineering or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in the areas of ILS / LSA / LSAR, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD specifications, and/or equivalent procedures
• Experience in preparing logistics components of technical proposals
• Experience in military maintenance and related logistics structures is a plus
• Experience in the field of technical documentation, e.g., S1000D and S2000M
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
• Ability to analyze design/construction documents and process them further with regard to logistical requirements
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
