Position: Fiber Composite Manufacturing Employee with Additional Training as an Inspector

Tasks:
- Inspection and testing of electronic or mechanical assemblies depending on skill level
- Verifying that test results comply with product requirements, specifications, and test reports, and documenting any deviations
- Optimizing test reports and test procedures
- Confirming completed tests and work with an internal approval stamp
- Properly maintaining the relevant documentation in accordance with specifications and procedures
- Reporting nonconformities to the responsible department(s)
- For the role of production worker: Manufacturing fiber-reinforced composite parts and assemblies using GRP and CFRP construction methods
Requirements:
- Technical training in the field of mechanics.
- Professional experience and strong knowledge in the areas of measurement and testing technology.
- Knowledge of technical documentation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, with a focus on quality and personal responsibility, as well as a meticulous work style.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good written and spoken German.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Completed vocational training in a trade—preferably as a carpenter, light aircraft builder, or mechanic—with several years of professional experience is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in working with fiber-reinforced composites and in mold making are desirable.
- Strong commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
- Structured and conceptual thinking and approach.
