Overview
In this role you apply dynamics and control engineering expertise to semiconductor-focused mechanical systems. You’ll work with an international team to develop dynamic concepts, simulations, and optimization proposals that inform design decisions. You will model, analyze, and verify mechanical and optical subsystems, contributing to robust, reliable products. This position offers growth in a cosmopolitan environment with hands-on projects and collaboration across disciplines.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Create dynamic concepts and identify components
- Define and document requirements/specifications
- Specify subcomponents and interfaces; assess risks and opportunities
- Define and review test requirements; compare with results
- Model, simulate and analyze mechanical system dynamics (including FEM)
- Generate simulation models for optical systems and their support structures (MKS)
- Perform modal, dynamic, and static load analyses; evaluate results
- Collaborate with team to develop optimization proposals
- Document, present and discuss calculation results
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in dynamics calculation and simulation of mechanical systems (aerospace or automotive)
- Strong knowledge of engineering mechanics
- Advanced modeling and simulation of dynamic mechanical systems
- Proficiency in FEM tools (NASTRAN, Ansys, HyperView) and MSC Adams; MatLab & Simulink
- Knowledge in control engineering (linear RT, stability criteria, robustness analysis) desirable
- Excellent German and English proficiency
