In this role you drive strategic research and analysis to identify market, technology, and innovation trends that shape business strategy. You will own multiple strategic topic areas, translating complex developments into actionable recommendations for management and customers. You’ll monitor global tech and market developments and synthesize insights into management-ready materials. This position offers impact across AI, cybersecurity, defence, cloud, and digitalisation domains within a dynamic, international team.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Strategic Research & Consulting: conduct in-depth research, identify trends, assess relevance and business impact, develop actionable recommendations, own strategic topic areas, support new business opportunities
- Technology & Market Intelligence: monitor developments, conduct technology scouting and foresight, analyze AI, cybersecurity, defence, cloud, digitalisation, data & analytics and other technologies, translate findings into strategic guidance
- Strategic Topic Portfolio Management: develop and manage multiple portfolios, set priorities, identify emerging issues, build perspectives on future developments
- Executive Decision Support: prepare summaries, whitepapers, analyses, and management-ready materials; present insights to senior stakeholders
- Project Management & Customer Support: plan and lead projects, support complex consulting and transformation projects, coordinate activities, contribute to stakeholder workshops
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master degree or equivalent in relevant field (field unspecified). PhD desirable
- Proven experience in Strategic Research, Market/Technology Analysis, Innovation Management, or Strategy Consulting
- 8+ years in strategic research, market/technology analysis, or related areas
- 5+ years managing strategic topic portfolios and developing future-oriented topics
- 5+ years creating executive summaries, whitepapers, or decision documents
- 3+ years supporting complex consulting or transformation projects
- Strong knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, defence technologies, cloud computing, digital transformation, data & analytics
- German C1 and English B2
