Overview
In this role you will lead a major IT sub-project within a cloud environment and coordinate across internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders. You’ll support agile/hybrid delivery, product-owner activities, and the deployment of cloud-based services and IT platforms. You will drive milestones, budgets, and risk management while ensuring governance and clear reporting. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead sub-projects from solution development through implementation and handover
- Set up and support cross-functional project teams using agile/hybrid methods
- Coordinate business and technical stakeholders including Product Owner activities
- Ensure milestones, schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables are met
- Manage stakeholders and maintain clear communication across structures
- Perform project cost controlling and support financial transparency
- Prepare project plans, reports, and decision documents
- Identify dependencies, risks, issues and apply mitigations
- Coordinate external service providers and implementation partners
- Support IT service management platform development, migration and deployment
- Document and trace decisions, requirements, and activities
- Prepare, facilitate and document workshops and meetings
- Support governance activities and project administration
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or comparable field (or equivalent qualification with extensive experience)
- IPMA Level D or higher equivalent certification
- ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 or demonstrable IT service management experience
- Strong knowledge of classical, agile and hybrid project delivery
- German CEFR C1 and English CEFR B1+
- At least five years in project or sub-project management
- At least two years in IT Service Management projects focusing on platform implementation or migration
- At least four years of cloud project experience, preferably in private-cloud environments
- Experience handling complex IT project structures with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience in planning, scheduling, cost controlling, risk/change management and reporting
- Experience coordinating external service providers
- Ability to work in structured governance environments
- Willingness to travel up to ~40% and mobile/remote work depending on project
- Security screening (SÜ2) if required
