Overview
In this role you will lead complex IT infrastructure projects (focus on data centers and migrations) from setup to successful completion. You will work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet time, cost, and quality targets and ensure governance compliance. You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead IT infrastructure projects from setup through completion.
- Ensure objectives for time, cost, quality, and scope are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and provide status updates.
- Ensure compliance with implementation requirements and governance standards.
- Define and monitor work packages with clear estimations and service descriptions.
- Prepare data analyses and decision documents for stakeholders.
- Act as central contact for customers, operations, and suppliers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and conduct workshops and meetings.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and manage changes.
- Monitor costs, manage resources, and drive budget adherence.
- Conduct lessons-learned and implement process improvements.
- Ensure structured project documentation and reporting.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science or comparable discipline (or equivalent experience)
- IPMA Level D or equivalent project management certification
- Basic ITIL knowledge; ITIL Foundation desirable
- 6+ years leading IT projects with 0.6 FTE allocation
- 6+ years IT infrastructure and migration project experience with 0.6 FTE
- 4+ years as project team member in data center infrastructure with 0.6 FTE
- 6+ years using classical, hybrid, and/or agile PM methodologies
- Proven skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and change management, and reporting
- Proficiency with Jira or similar PM tools, MS Office, MS Project
- German C1, English B1 (CEFR)
- Willingness to travel up to 60% and work in mobile/hybrid environment
- Security screening eligibility (SÜ2) and nationality compliance
