Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead IT infrastructure projects from setup to completion
- Ensure time, cost, quality, and project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports
- Coordinate work packages and effort estimations
- Serve as central point of contact for customers, operations, suppliers, and field-service teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
- Plan and conduct workshops and meetings
- Identify and coordinate project dependencies
- Monitor risks and implement mitigations
- Manage changes and support change management
- Track costs within approved budgets
- Manage resources and support planning
- Conduct lessons-learned and drive process improvement
- Ensure transparent documentation and communication throughout the lifecycle
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience with vocational training
- IPMA Level D or equivalent project management certification
- Basic IT Service Management knowledge; ITIL Foundation desirable
- Strong knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
- German C1, English B1
- 6+ years leading IT projects with budgets > 5 million and 0.6 FTE allocation
- 6+ years IT infrastructure and migration experience with 0.6 FTE
- 4+ years data center/infrastructure project experience with 0.6 FTE
- 6+ years experience using classical, hybrid, and/or agile PM approaches
- Experience in planning, budgeting, risk/change/resource/quality/stakeholder management
- Experience with project planning documents, service descriptions, data analyses, and decision documents
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
