Overview
In this role you will design, implement, and optimize complex ITSM solutions for enterprise environments. You’ll translate business needs into robust architectures and guide cross-functional teams through the full solution lifecycle. You will work closely with customers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant IT services. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage requirements engineering including elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation
- Develop architecture and solution designs aligned with guidelines
- Estimate effort and schedule projects based on designs
- Implement technical solutions and conduct various testing types (unit, black-box, integration, acceptance)
- Lead production deployments, data migrations, and documentation (architecture concepts, implementation, test cases)
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support, root-cause analysis, and workaround implementation
- Ensure QA with four-eyes code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Lead sub-projects and technical activities; coordinate development teams
- Apply agile methodologies and support self-organizing teams
- Communicate with stakeholders to manage tasks and expectations
- Work with ITSM platforms and ITIL-based processes
- Travel ~15 days/year and enable secure operations in defense context
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or comparable discipline (or equivalent IT qualification)
- 7+ years of professional experience in IT architecture and/or software development
- 2+ years of IT architecture experience
- 2+ years of requirements engineering experience
- 2+ years of software development in an ITSM or enterprise app environment
- ALM experience and test case development
- Experience with data and workflow management, testing (unit/integration/acceptance)
- 2+ years of agile leadership and sub-project coordination; Scrum Master experience advantageous
- ITIL Foundation v3+ certification; PRINCE2 certification; practical ITSM knowledge
- German C1 and English B1 (CEFR)
- Willingness to travel and ability to work in security-sensitive environment
- Strong initiative and proactive working style
