Overview
You will design, implement, and operate complex IT Service Management solutions across the full lifecycle. In this role you collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures and deployments. You drive testing, data migration, and operational optimization while leading agile teams and sub-projects. Your work supports ITIL-based processes in a defense IT environment, combining engineering rigor with hands-on delivery. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Elicit and manage technical requirements
- Create architecture and solution designs for usability, reporting, and system functionality
- Prepare effort estimates and project schedules
- Implement solutions based on approved designs
- Conduct unit and black-box testing; support integration and user acceptance testing
- Plan and execute data migrations; provide 2nd/3rd level support
- Develop and maintain architecture concepts, implementation docs, and test cases
- Lead sub-projects and coordinate agile IT activities; mentor teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or comparable discipline
- At least 7 years in IT architecture and/or software development
- At least 2 years in IT architecture concept creation and requirement translation
- At least 2 years in requirements engineering and documentation
- At least 2 years in software development within an ITSM or enterprise application environment
- At least 2 years in ALM/testing (test cases, unit/integration/acceptance)
- At least 2 years in agile project and team leadership
- ITIL Foundation v3 or higher; PRINCE2
- Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, ITSM platforms, ALM tools
- German C1, English B1
