Tasks:
- "Further develop and implement simulation methods for complex problems in the field of mechanical integrity and thermal simulation;
- Design and development of complex simulation models for the Bosch eBike Drive Unit, with a focus on mechanical integrity and thermal performance;
- Conducting complex thermal simulations in close coordination and collaboration with mechanical development and sensor development teams, as well as validation, evaluation, interpretation and plausibility checking of the simulation results;
- Developing optimisation proposals and presenting and discussing them within the project team;
- Validate, calibrate and optimise simulation models based on measurements;"
Requirements:
- "A degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable subject;
- Excellent knowledge of numerical simulation methods, strength of materials and the theory of heat transfer;
- Excellent knowledge of FEM and CFD;
- Excellent knowledge of the Abaqus and FloEFD software;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of German;
