Tasks:
We are seeking a Specialist in Order Management for Rail Services (m/f/d) for our client based in Berlin.
- The successful candidate (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:
- Order management for the services business, from order receipt to invoicing: complex overhaul projects, repairs, and complaint management
- Active project coordination with customers, sales and other internal stakeholders
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented project management (cross-process coordination with internal and external parties) including the organisation of meetings
- Support in the area of project initiation and preparation
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Initiation of dispatch processes, including tracking
- Determination of prices in accordance with sales specifications and subsequent invoicing
- Conducting project evaluations (project controlling) and corresponding documentation
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A strong willingness to learn, as well as resilience and flexibility
- A strong focus on performance and quality
- Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the role will be classified under BER08 or BER09.
- Vocational training
- Commercial training (minimum vocational qualification)
or Technical training (minimum vocational qualification) - Comparable qualification (minimum Bachelor's degree)
- At least 2 years' professional experience
- Experience in project-based contract management
- German: at least business fluent
- English: at least proficient
- SAP R/3 user knowledge is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of customs clearance is an advantage
- Independent, structured, goal-oriented approach to work
- Strong service and customer focus
- Confident manner and communication skills
