The problem you'd own Getting a kit to someone's home is the easy half.
Getting a biological sample back — reliably, quickly, and at a cost that works inside a consumer subscription — is where this category is genuinely hard.
It takes the right partner in each market, the right setup behind them, and someone who stays on top of both as volumes grow.
Our product doesn't start until the sample reaches the lab.
That makes the return leg the most valuable thing in the business to get right, and it would be yours.
What you'd own Everything that moves.
Outbound and return, in every market we're in and every one we enter.
That means: Finding and building the right local infrastructure market by market — fulfilment partners, postal networks, collection points, specialist carriers — and negotiating and managing the contracts behind them.
Owning the numbers: cost per shipment, lead time per leg, loss rate, sample return rate.
Setting up how we measure them and holding partners to what they signed.
Kit assembly and component supply, the consolidation flow into the lab, and the country-by-country obligations that come with shipping a health product — packaging, labelling, registrations.
We bring in specialists for the regulatory detail; you make sure nothing falls between them.
And market entry: deciding what the setup should be, building it, documenting it, moving to the next one.
You'd be accountable for how it performs today and for whether it scales.
What we're looking for Someone who has owned cross-border e-commerce logistics for real — negotiated with carriers, managed 3PLs against SLAs, and personally fixed things when they broke.
Comfortable with outbound and returns, not just one.
Fluent in landed cost, lead time and the trade-offs between them.
At ease working from data, and at ease picking up the phone when the data isn't enough.
Experience with regulated, temperature-sensitive or specimen logistics is a strong advantage.
If you don't have it, show us how you've learned an unfamiliar technical domain fast before.
English is our working language.
