- Deliver EPA in line with specific standards such as Level 4 Associate Project Manager and Level 5 Operations Manager.
- Attend standardisation events to ensure quality and consistency in assessments.
- Communicate effectively with apprentices, training providers, and employers throughout the EPA process.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent).
- Recent relevant occupational experience in areas like Project Management or Operations Management within the last 3 years.
- At least 2 years of assessing experience, with end point assessment experience being advantageous.
