Задачи
- Plan, set up, manage, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns for B2B clients across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage advertising budgets across multiple client accounts and allocate them efficiently
- Analyze and optimize performance metrics, including CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Set up, monitor, and develop conversion tracking and reporting
- Identify optimization and scaling opportunities to increase lead generation
- Coordinate marketing strategies with Growth Consultants and GTM Engineers
Требования
- At least 1–2 years of practical experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience independently setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Demonstrated responsibility for monthly advertising budgets in the five-figure range or higher
- Confident using performance metrics and experience with data-driven campaign optimization
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and reporting
- Native-level German and good English skills
