Задачи:
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Define project scope and manage stakeholders
- Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
- Participate in UAT and acceptance testing
Требования:
- 4+ Years of Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Strong business and system analysis skills
- Understanding of SDLC
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and third-party integrations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with requirements documentation and UAT
- English B2+
- Nice to have: Enterprise CRM experience, marketing automation knowledge, experience in international distributed teams
