• You coordinate and manage all logistical processes—from order picking and goods receipt to shipping.
• You maintain an overview in the area of inventory management : you carry out inventories and reliably monitor stock levels
• Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders with your clear and engaging manner
• You analyze relevant key figures, identify potential for optimization, and consistently implement improvements in the processes
• As team leader, you plan and organize your logistics team and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly
• You lead, encourage, and develop your team members
• You also play an active role in audits and represent your department competently

PROFILE

• You have completed further training as a logistics specialist (m / f / d) or warehouse logistics specialist (m / f / d)
• In your career to date, you have already gained several years of experience as a team leader or in a comparable position in logistics
• You apply your in-depth knowledge of warehouse and materials management in a targeted manner to design efficient structures, and you are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office
• Your knowledge of export, customs, and the application of ISO standards rounds off your profile—knowledge of ISO is a plus
• You impress others with your clear communication skills, hands‑on approach, and strong customer focus
• You have conversational German and English skills
