About NDT Capital Partners
NDT Capital Partners is an independent, owner-led asset management boutique founded in 2018 and based in Steinhausen, Switzerland. We specialize in systematic investment strategies and provide consulting and advisory services to wealth managers and family offices.
The Role
As a Founders Associate Intern, you will gain exposure to different areas of the business and take ownership of projects from day one. Your work will focus on business development and outreach, strategy and consulting and marketing.
Requirements
- Background in business, finance, technology, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English, French or Italian is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
- Availability for a 3-month paid internship, starting in Q1 or Q2 2027
- Openness to work in Steinhausen / Zürich, with hybrid arrangements possible
Your First Months at NDT Capital Partners
During your internship, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, support client-facing activities, and independently drive projects forward. You will gain practical experience across investments, consulting, and business development.
