We are looking for a Mid‑Level Graphic Designer who brings fresh ideas, pushes boundaries, and delivers high‑quality design across print and digital platforms.
What you’ll do
Design visually appealing CRM sales newsletters, Meta Ads, and social media posts.
Manage design projects from concept through final delivery, working under the guidance of the Graphic Design Lead.
Develop creative solutions aligned with brand standards, pushing for innovation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CRM, User Acquisition, Social Media, Product) to align designs with business goals.
Ensure visual consistency by following brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, and workflows to improve work and grow.
Your bag of tricks
Strong portfolio demonstrating solid skills in typography, layout, and visual communication for B2C print and digital design.
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is a plus.
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time.
Passion for graphic design and curiosity for new trends, tools, and technologies.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong communication skills in English; ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
You must have the right to work in the EU/Austria and be based in Vienna or open to relocating.
Nice‑to‑haves
Interest in AI tools.
