Your tasks

• Management and further development of the internal sales department for Nefab products




• Establishing a newly created team with ongoing acquisition of new clients




• Expert and sustainable advice for our customers




• Customer support from A-Z, from the preparation of quotations to invoicing




• Interface to various internal and external departments




• Optimization and further development of workflows and processes




• Creation of KPIs, reports and statistics

Your profile

• Completed basic technical or commercial training with further training in sales and experience in a management position




• Sound knowledge of order processing in a production company




• Empathetic, solution-oriented and winning personality with a high level of customer orientation




• Appreciative and responsible management style




• Strong implementation and organizational skills as well as assertiveness




• Very good analytical and conceptual skills




• Affinity for digitalization and proficient with Office applications and ERP systems (preferably Navision or SAP)
