Aufgaben

• Member of Global Procurement Team
• Disciplinary Lead and development of Sourcing Managers and/or Sourcing Specialists within assigned category cluster(s)
• Responsible for developing category strategy with Category Manager for assigned categories and accountable for aligning category strategy and initiatives with functional leaders on country level (e.g. Country COO, CIO)
• Drives the Salix and Pre-Sourcing Process in close collaboration and alignment with local functional leaders and within Global Procurement
• Drives cooperation and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Functional Departments) for assigned category cluster and Procurement Operations

Qualifikation

• Extensive procurement experience esp. in assigned category cluster(s)
• Strong communication skills
• Expert negotiator
• Thinks and acts globally and economically, beyond the boundaries of their own country to represent the interests of the Group
