We are seeking a Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently onboarding clients and digitalizing medical documents. Your proficiency in digital tools, communication skills, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

What you’ll get to do
- Onboard clients on the technical side by building customised practice flows.
- Digitalise medical documents using our internal tooling.
- Implement change requests for existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to contribute ideas for improving our internal tooling.

- High degree of attention to detail.
- Confidence in using digital tools and eagerness to learn more.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
