Quality Technician

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide support in quality-related functions, including incoming inspection, first articles, and investigation of customer returned products.
2. Inspect incoming parts according to customer specifications and blueprints; generate inspection reports as needed.
3. Investigate returned products (RMAs), provide corrective action plans, and process DMR information in Epicor.
4. Generate Certificates of Conformance for products when required.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic visual and mechanical inspection tools.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to analyze data trends and report findings to management.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with visual and mechanical inspection tools.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality System Requirements.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standard is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work under pressure.
• Highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of working collaboratively.
