You will ensure smooth production processes and make an important contribution to achieving our corporate goals through careful working methods and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities Operation and continuous monitoring of production facilities in accordance with applicablework instructions Immediate reporting of malfunctions and deviations to the responsible manager Monitoring of product quality and quantity based on specified characteristics, as well as performing worker self-checks and participating in quality training Performing all activities necessary for manufacturing with careful, safe, and cost-conscious use of tools and materials Sorting out defective products from ongoing production and properlabeling according to specified criteria Immediate reporting of quality deviations to upstream and downstream production areas Complete documentation of all activities using specified forms and entries in the system Transfer of all relevant information to subsequent plant operators to ensure asmooth production process Position Requirements Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and, if necessary, in a 4-shift system High degree of flexibility, strong commitment, and ability to work under pressure Independent, structured, and reliable way of working Beneficial Skills Valid forklift license is an advantage At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
