Your Responsibilities
- Execute and support cellular-based in vitro ADME assays, including permeability and metabolic stability studies, to generate key pharmacokinetic data for drug discovery teams - Carry out routine cell culture techniques such as cell seeding, passaging, and maintenance of established cell lines in compliance with laboratory standards - Operate and maintain laboratory automation systems to ensure efficient, high-throughput assay workflows - Apply LC/MS-based bioanalytical methods to analyze and interpret experimental data with accuracy and scientific rigor - Collaborate closely with cross-functional discovery project teams to deliver timely, high-quality ADME characterization data supporting compound selection - Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing assay platforms by exploring innovative approaches in cell biology and bioanalytics
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship, BSc or MSc in biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline - Hands-on proficiency in cell-based in vitro assays and established cell culture techniques (seeding, cultivation, and maintenance of cell lines) - Solid understanding of laboratory instrumentation, particularly LC/MS systems, and associated data analysis software - Experience with lab automation platforms is a plus - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with excellent written and oral communication abilities - A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic research environment - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary drug discovery/development setting
