About Our Client

For our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are seeking a Sample Management Officer (m/w/d) . The company is renowned for its innovative solutions and global presence, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute global shipping orders for pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment
• Perform sample preparation tasks , including aliquoting
• Manage inventory of reference substances, both electronically and physically, for centralized laboratory facilities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, HSE, ISRM and other relevant guidelines
• Prepare and deliver raw data documents to internal or external stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for logistics-related queries and represent global teams locally
• Review and approve documents within the scope of your responsibility
• Support digital transformation initiatives as a subject matter expert (optional)
• Operate complex tools and laboratory automation systems to enhance efficiency

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in pharmaceutical development, logistics , or a related GMP field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in global shipping logistics; knowledge in analytical development/manufacturing is advantageous
• Proficient in using software tools and adhering to quality principles such as GMP and ALCOA+
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently; management experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); basic knowledge of German is an advantage
• Hands-on personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
