Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting new Marketing Authorization applications and managing follow-ups with local authorities
• Handling objections from regulatory authorities, including negotiations for optimal conditions
• Providing regulatory input and strategic advice in product and launch teams
• Maintaining assigned authorized products by submitting variations, renewals , and supplemental marketing authorizations
• Managing and maintaining local labels and packaging materials , including high-quality translations and checks
• Ensuring the efficient use of regulatory databases and systems in Switzerland

Your Profile:

• A Master\’s degree in Pharmacy or a related life science discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field in Switzerland
• Fluency in German and English ; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus
• Familiarity with Swiss and EU regulations governing pharmaceuticals; experience with vaccines or oncology products is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant regulatory databases
