About our client
Our client is an internationally active pharmaceutical company in Central Switzerland, operating in a highly regulated GMP environment and known for its strong quality culture and global manufacturing excellence – a great place to grow as a GMP Quality Operations Specialist (m/f/d).
As GMP Quality Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you play a key role within the Quality Operations team:
- Support compliance-based quality programs and cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to release/rejection decisions for GMP-relevant materials, including critical issue support
- Review documentation, systems and GMP-relevant records
- Help maintain and improve quality systems, directives and site procedures
- Ensure work meets the highest standards of integrity, quality and GMP compliance
Your profile
- Previous experience in a similar quality role within a regulated environment is an advantage
- University degree (Bachelor's or higher) preferred
- Fluent German (C1) mandatory
- Reliable, structured and detail-oriented way of working
- On site at least 3 days/week (hybrid)
