We are seeking a creative and visionary Global Head of Internal Communications to drive employee engagement, strengthen our culture, and unify messaging across our global organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Global Internal Communication Strategy: Design and implement agile communication strategies that align with company goals.
- Content & Channels: Harmonize internal channel landscape, produce engaging, journalistically entertaining content across channels, including potential new formats.
- Stakeholder Management & Advisory: Partner with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and advise the executive team. Ensure close collaboration with business and functional stakeholders.
- Change Management: Lead communication through current transformation process.
- Team Leadership & Project Management: Build a powerful alliance with internal communications experts in the brands, create synergies and ensure streamlined messages across the Group; potentially directly lead these experts and build up a global internal communications team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in communications or HR, ideally in tech or related industries.
- Experience in a matrix organization.
- Leadership experience, both direct and indirect.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to communicate across geographies.
- Munich-based or willing to relocate.
