We currently have a vacancy for a Client Relations Manager 100% (onsite) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your profile Experience in healthcare, ideally within the mental health sector.

You take pride in an unbiased, client-centred and quality-focused approach.

Strong networking, relationship-building and communication skills.

Excellent command of English (C2 professional proficiency); additional languages are a plus.

Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss nationality or EU/EFTA citizenship).

Your responsibilities Respond to and follow up on enquiries from potential clients by phone or email in a timely and professional manner.

Identify prospective clients’ needs and provide information, guidance and support to address their concerns.

Coordinate with referring partners, partner hospitals and other services.

Actively re-engage prospects and reconnect with passive leads.

Exercise sound judgement when handling complex client requests while remaining flexible, compassionate and non-judgemental.

Manage the admission, onboarding and discharge process in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Prepare proposals, quotations and invoices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, referring professionals and business partners.

Maintain accurate records of all client-related activities in the CRM system and manage databases of prospective, current and former clients, referring parties and business partners.

Provide regular reports to management.
